Shipping & Exchange

Shipping
We do our best to deliver pieces inside Jordan within the same day or on the next working day of when the order was placed. Deliveries outside Amman might take a little longer, we aim to deliver your items within a few days.

Shipping outside Jordan requires more time, please allow up to one month to receive your new handcrafted piece.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact info@shamijewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges
You can only exchange your jewelry within 30 days without any loss on your purchase. The receipt should be provided upon exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
Shami Jewelry does not offer returns for any of our pieces. Please see our exchange policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
